The University of Venda is a Public university located in Thohoyandou in Limpopo province. The university has one main campus which accommodate all the eight faculties that are:
- Faculty of Health Sciences,
- Faculty of Humanities, Social sciences, and Education
- Faculty of Management, Commerce and Law
- Faculty of Science, Engineering and Agriculture
University of Venda admission requirements:
- Degree qualification: The minimum admission requirement is a grade 12 certificate with a bachelor or matric exemption. Applicants should have an achievement of 50%+ in four subjects chosen from recognized 20-credit NSC subjects and a minimum point score (APS) of 26
- Diploma qualification: The minimum admission requirement is a National Senior Certificate (NSC) with the achievement of 40%+ in four subjects recognized as 20-credit subjects.
- Higher Certificate: The minimum admission requirement is a National Senior Certificate with an appropriate combination of recognized subjects and achievement of certain levels.
